Introductions

At Safe Hands Pet Care I offer a free meet and greet service for all new clients. This is great for pets I have never met before. 

Visiting you and your pet at home before you book any services allows me to befriend your pet, familiarise myself with their surroundings and discuss their needs in order that I can fully understand your requirements.  If after this you are happy to make a booking I will take some contact details from you as well as booking your visits in.

The Paperwork

I will complete a New Client Form with you and will ask about details of your pet (age, medical history, insurance etc).   I will also require your contact telephone numbers.  

Veterinary Care

During this meeting I will also need details of your veterinary surgery in case your pet requires medical attention whilst in my care or if you are away.  On the client form you will need to agree that should your pet require medical care I will take them to your nominated vets (this may incur additional charges in accordance with my price list if the vet visit continues outside my booked times).   

Keys 

I will require a set of house keys before the service starts which will enable me to gain entry into your property along with any alarm codes.  I will also require details of another keyholder in case there are any problems with my set of keys or other emergency.
